Volunteer Opportunities

We have volunteer needs ranging from set-up to tear-down, and everything in between. Help us decorate the space, plate food, mix mocktails, or welcome guests at the door.

Food Contributions NeEDED

Our theme this year is A Taste of Home, and we’re leaning into that with our food selections for the evening. We’ll be serving small-bite, tapas-style dishes that can be shared buffet-style among guests. To help make this possible, we’re inviting multiple individuals to prepare one dish that can serve 50–100 people. Think meatballs, deviled eggs, buttermilk biscuits, mason jar salads, cheeseballs, mini cobblers, and other homemade, homegrown comfort foods.

ITEMS TO DONATE OR BORROW

We also have a running list of items we’re looking to borrow or receive as donations to help make the event possible. Visit the full list HERE to see what’s needed. Some items will simply be returned after the event, while others will help support future gatherings and can be donated if you’re willing.
