LINC House Director

The LINC House Director is a hands-on ministry role for someone called to serve and walk alongside women in a season of restoration and transition. This person will works to create a safe, structured, and grace-filled home environment where residents can heal, grow, and encounter the transforming love of Jesus Christ.

The Director of the LINC House will play a vital role in the success of the ministry. From interviewing potential residents, to working with those who are accepted into the program, this position is needed to ensure that the ministry stays on track, both organizationally, missionally, and policy-wise. This position provides leadership and oversight of this Love INC Ministry.Through both practical tasks and relational ministry, the House Director models servant leadership, discipleship, and healthy community living—helping residents take steps toward stability, wholeness, and their God-given potential.
